It’s still going. It’s become a little tiny bit more second nature at this point, but not really. Everything seems to have eggs or dairy in it. It’s like “ohh, maybe I’ll have a cookie or a cracker or pasta or something,” and then it’s nothing but disappointment when I look at the ingredients.

More vegan experiment thoughts
-Lunch ended up easy enough — if a little boring. Pot stickers and soy nuggets. Then again, with as much time as I normally have for lunch, it wasn’t too out of the ordinary.
-At work, however, I have been presented with a small hiccup. Not a hiccup exactly. More like a giant pile of M&Ms/Goldfish that came in the mail (FOX sends some crazy shit). Thankfully, there are also Sour...
A few first day vegan thoughts
Breakfast was easy. Cereal & soy milk. That’s what I’d eat anyway. I figured out, however, that all my fake breakfast meats seem to have eggs and milk in them. That sucks. I’m don’t eat them all the time, but they’re nice every once in a while. I think the more expensive veg sausages might be vegan, but I can’t drop $7 for four sausages very often.

While I think this books sounds really interesting and cool, this girl sounds a little too too. I mean, publishing a book, going to Yale, gap years that include studying patisserie?
